Zan-Tien Lasso drops from mogu in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (level 120 version) during any invasion.
It is used on the Ivory Cloud Serpent to acquire the 
[Ivory Cloud Serpent] mount.
Acquiring the mount
Farm mogu in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, regardless of which invasion is active, until the Zan-Tien Lasso drops.
During the Warring Clans invasion, head to [27, 55], roughly 30 yards above the treetops. The Ivory Cloud Serpent spawns in roughly that location every two hours or so and flies at 310% speed in the direction of the Gate of the Setting Sun. The serpent will stop moving as soon as a player starts a channel, and will despawn 10 seconds later. It is entirely possible for a raid group of players spamming the macro to acquire the mount from the same spawn.
In order to actually acquire the item, players must use the lasso on the serpent.
