Reins of the Onyx Cloud Serpent teach the Onyx Cloud Serpent mount. This item is a reward from 
[25-35] Surprise Attack!, the final quest in a short chain that becomes available at exalted reputation with the Shado-Pan. The chain starts with [25-35] Mogu Incursions.

Onyx Cloud serpents are known to be more aggressive and daring than their cousins, the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpents.

Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Now requires Apprentice Riding (was Artisan Riding). - Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 35 (was 90).
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer requires 
[Cloud Serpent Riding] to use.
