Deepwalkers are an ancient race[1] of giant, tusked, elemental creatures found in Khaz Algar. They are territorial and capable of speaking. Also, they are vulnerable to the Black Blood, which caused a colony of them to be corrupted.[2] In combat, they fight by smashing the ground in front of themselves, inflicting damage and knocking nearby enemies into the air. They are also known to become enraged during combat, making them more durable and agile.[3]

Notes

  • They are eaten by goblins.[4]
  • They resemble the magnaron of Draenor. Though there is no known connection between the two races, they seem to use identical runic magic and have powers over the earth in the same manner.
  • In the southeast of Azj-Kahet, outside the cave where The One Left is found, fungarians can be seen stabbing an already dead deepwalker, implying some conflict between the two groups in the area.
  • Their model number is 14708.
