Alliance Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper.
Horde Chauffeured Mechano-Hog.

The Chauffeured Chopper teaches how to summon a Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper or Chauffeured Mechano-Hog mount. The chopper is driven by Franklin Martin or Koak Hoburn while the player character rides in the side car—though the player still controls the chopper's movement.

This mount has no level or riding skill requirements, making it useful for very low-level alt characters. However, pandaren who begin their journey on the Wandering Isle cannot use the Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper or Chauffeured Mechano-Hog until they pledge themselves to the Alliance or Horde, respectively.

The chopper always travels at 160% speed, regardless of riding skill.
