Amberstill Ranch
Amberstill Ranch is a ranch found off the road that leads to Loch Modan, north of Gol'Bolar Quarry in Dun Morogh. You can buy a Snowshoe Rabbit small pet here from Yarlyn Amberstill, as well as accept a quest, 
[1-30] Protecting the Herd, to kill a Wendigo named Vagash. This ranch also has a Riding trainer and mount vendor, from whom dwarves (or players of any other Alliance race who have obtained exalted Ironforge reputation) can buy Barak Tor'ol mountain rams to ride.
Only dwarves and people with Exalted reputation with Ironforge can learn riding skill here.
Legion
During the Burning Legion's invasion, Amberstill Ranch falls under the Legion's control. Its guards are enslaved by Subjugator Vuur and are either killed or rescued by the defenders. Amberstill Rams were also found dead.
