This article lists all undocumented changes for patch 10.2.5. All documented changes should be listed on the main article.
Classes
Druid
- [Cat Form] now crouches down while stealthed and standing still.
NPCs
- Delaryn Summermoon has been removed from the Ruins of Lordaeron.
- Lindormi now has unique on-click dialogue and sells the [Dreaming Equipment Chest] for 350 [Flightstones].
Creatures
- Azure Cryer at Traitor's Rest in the Azure Span has been removed.
Professions
- Herbalism , fishing , and mining nodes in the Dragon Isles that have a prefix (e.g., "Lush" and "Primal") now display a white highlight on both sides of the minimap icon to differentiate them from their regular counterparts.
- Miners are now dismounted upon attempting to gather a node while flying in the air.
- With patch 10.2.0 adding traditional player flight to the Dragon Isles, it became possible to collect ore while in the air on a normal flying mount despite there being no Dragonflight equivalent of the Battle for Azeroth-era [Monel-Hardened Stirrups] (which did allow gathering in the air). This may have been an oversight.
Achievements
- New achievements have been added:
- The following achievements have been moved to the Feats of Strength category:
- [Trading Post: Dragonflight]
- [Charming]
- [Flirt With Disaster]
- [Nation of Adoration]
- [Shiny Pet Charmer], additionally its description was updated.
Items
- Pet Battles
- [Shiny Pet Charm] has been removed. Any existing have been converted to [Polished Pet Charm] and sent in the mail.
- Any vendors, world quests, and quest rewards that used Shiny Pet Charm now use Polished Pet Charm instead.
- [Polished Pet Charm] now stacks to 5000 (was 1000).
- [Flawless Battle-Stone], [Marked Flawless Battle-Stone], and family-specific Flawless Battle-Stones (such as [Flawless Aquatic Battle-Stone]) now stack to 200 (was 20).
- [Shiny Pet Charm] has been removed. Any existing have been converted to [Polished Pet Charm] and sent in the mail.
- [Conch Whistle] can now be deleted.
- [Ominous Conch] now stacks to 200 (was 20).
- "Binds to Blizzard account" (and "Blizzard Account Bound") renamed to "Binds to account" ("Account Bound").
User interface
- Amirdrassil is now permanently visible on the Dragon Isles world map. Previously, it was not shown there unless the player had completed the Guardians of the Dream campaign.
- The Dragon Isles as shown on the Azeroth world map now includes Amirdrassil.
World environment
- Amirdrassil on the Dragon Isles in the main world is now visible for everyone.
- The Stormwind Portal Room now has a portal to Bel'ameth in the formerly empty second room.
- The formerly inactive portal in the Emerald Dreamway has been connected to the Root-Bound Sanctuary in main world Amirdrassil.
- The transport ships The Lady Mehley and The Maiden's Fancy have received a new HD model. Other ships across the world continue to use the old model.
- Ruins of Gilneas zone has undergone some minor changes:
- The Northern Headlands have been cleared of most Forsaken objects, and the ruined buildings no longer burn.
- Gilneas City has been cleared of tents, debris, and barricades in some areas, and has been filled with human and worgen NPCs.
- Stormglen Village has been given a small docking area to its south.
- The invisible barrier surrounding Mount Hyjal, which forced flying mounts to go down when entering adjacent zones (e.g. Ashenvale), is no longer present. Now flying mounts can reach the same height as Teldrassil and Mount Hyjal in these other zones and maintain that height. This was more than likely removed as to not cause an annoyance when dragonriding around these zones.
Bug fixes
- " [70] Fighting is Its Own Reward", removed in patch 10.2.0, no longer appears in the Adventure Guide.
- Fixed an issue that would cause the player to be unable to use the taxi to leave Zaralek Cavern.
