Horn of the Frostwolf Howler teaches the Frostwolf Howler, a PvP mount that can be purchased for 15 
from Grunnda Wolfheart in Alterac Valley or from Jorek Ironside in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Collecting it grants the 
[Frostwolf Howler] achievement.
In Classic, this mount can be only be purchased at exalted reputation with the Frostwolf Clan. Its cost varies by Classic version. Additionally, the Hillsbrad Foothills (or rather, Alterac Mountains) vendor is Jekyll Flandring instead.

- This item also teaches the equivalent Alliance mount, the
