Orgrimmar Wolf
The Orgrimmar Wolf is a wolf mount that can be purchased for 100 
from 
Freka Bloodaxe at the Argent Tournament. Freka will only sell to orcs or champions of Orgrimmar.
Mount Journal
For a brief time, many orcs would declare themselves "hungry like an Orgrimmar wolf." Some blood elves still use the phrase ironically.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 17 and Apprentice Riding (was level 40 and Journeyman Riding). 
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Now requires level 40 (was 60). - Patch 3.1.2 (2009-05-19): Renamed from Swift Orgrimmar Wolf. Appearance changed; previous appearance is available on the newly-added
