The Trained Snarler is a wolf mount earned by completing a series of quests at a level 1 or higher Stables. The related quest chain begins with 
[38-40] Wrangling a Wolf and ends with [40] Wolf Training: The Garn.

Enormously cute as a puppy. Slightly less so now.

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 17 and Apprentice Riding (was level 40 and Journeyman Riding).
