This mount can be purchased from the Battle.net Shop and the In-Game Store for $15. It was made available on 17 November 2022 along with The Anniversary Pack.
It was originally included in the World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic Deluxe Edition, which is no longer available for purchase as of September 2022.
