Trust of a Loyal Wolfhawk is the physical version of the quest reward from   [45] Night of the Wilds, [Huntmaster's Loyal Wolfhawk]. It most likely exists in case the spell itself is not learned due to a bug or some other problem, so it is not normally obtained. As an item, it could be sent to the player through the mail by an NPC or a Game Master.
