This mount is available for purchase from the shop or the In-Game Store for $25 or €25. It was released on 1 July 2021.[1]
It was also part of the 6-Month Subscription Bundle, with the 
[Imp in a Ball] that was available for Burning Crusade Classic, until 18 November 2021.

These brilliant blue birds burn brighter (and hotter) than their orange cousins, though the origin of both remains a mystery.
