Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): specialization recipes from trainers removed, and all trainer ranks equalized.
  
• Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Leatherworking profession trainers changed to train up to Artisan level (skill level 300), and any redundant trainers in capitals changed into simple apprentices without practical function.
