- Use: Summons and dismisses a rideable Loaned Gryphon mount. This mount can only be summoned in the Storm Peaks, Icecrown and Sholazar Basin.
- Requires Level 10
Loaned Gryphon Reins is a special mount that alliance players can obtain from "Honest" Max outside K3 for free, so long as you are level 10 and have not purchased Expert Riding.
Notes
- It travels at 150% speed.
- It can only be used in Sholazar Basin, Storm Peaks, and Icecrown.
- This mount does not count towards the
Mountain o' Mounts achievement. - It requires no riding skill at all to use. A level 77 character who had never purchased so much as apprentice riding skill can still use this.
