Warcraft III: Reforged concept art of a flesh golem.

Flesh golems are literally golems made out of flesh. Some were made or experimented on by the Kirin Tor during the Third War, and were later released upon Kael'thas Sunstrider and Vashj in the Dungeons of Dalaran by Guard Troy. During the Plaguelands civil war, flesh golems were used by the Dreadlord Insurgents to attack Arthas Menethil in the Ruins of Lordaeron.
