Exotic Beasts is a level 10 Beast Mastery hunter passive. It allows the hunter to tame beasts in the following pet families:

Attempting to summon a previously-tamed exotic beast while in Marksmanship or Survival spec will return an error message: "You are unable to control exotic creatures."

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now learned at level 10.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 39.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now learned at level 65.
Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Now learned at level 10 (was 69).
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): No longer reduces the cooldown of pet special abilities by 30%.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Renamed from Beast Mastery. Now a level 69 Beast Mastery ability (was the capstone talent of the Beast Mastery tree). Now reduces the cooldown of Pet Special Abilities by 30% instead of increasing pet skill points by 4.
