Dambala is a powerful and evil snake loa.[1] He makes his first appearance in Ardenweald when he joined Mueh'zala's forces after being resurrected by his followers.
Shadowlands
At an unknown point in time, Dambala died and his soul traveled to Ardenweald in the Shadowlands where he became a wildseed awaiting rebirth. However, Mueh'zala's loyalists led by High Priest Rakazodu stole his spirit and sought to resurrect him and Hakkar the Soulflayer to serve in their master's army by feeding them other wildseeds.[1][2] While Hakkar was quick to abandon Mueh'zala for his own goals, Dambala joined Mueh'zala's forces in attacking Ardenweald. He guarded the entrance to the Other Side in the Dusky Grotto, and was killed by a Maw Walker transformed into a Mystic Runestag by Lady Moonberry.[3] Mueh'zala and his forces were driven out of Ardenweald.[4]
