Dabyrie's Farmstead is a farm located in the northern reaches of the Arathi Highlands. It is the home of the Dabyrie familyKenata Dabyrie and her children Fardel and Marcel—citizens of the kingdom of Stromgarde and members of the Alliance. The farmstead is protected by the Dabyrie Militia.

The rare wasp Boros is found in the hills directly northwest of the farm.

History

Old grudges

The Forsaken Genavie Callow had a grudge against the Dabyries because they managed to survive and prosper after the Third War, while Genavie lost her family to the plague, and her estate was looted and burned. In addition, the Dabyries stole the only precious belongings she had left after being raised to undeath. She thus sent, twice, Horde adventurers to kill them.[2] They didn't succeed, though.

Prior to the Cataclysm, the road between Stromgarde Keep and Dabyrie's Farmstead was patrolled by Stromgarde Cavalrymen led by Lieutenant Valorcall, the cavalry leader of Stromgarde.[3]

Battle for Azeroth

Battle for Azeroth This section concerns content related to Battle for Azeroth.

During the time of the Battle for Stromgarde, when Stromgarde Keep temporarily fell to the Horde, the League of Arathor continued to operate at Dabyrie's Farmstead under the lead of Knight-Captain Aldrin.[4] Consequently, Druza Netherfang and Nathanos Blightcaller sent their agents to drive them off the farm.[5][6] If the Alliance controlled Stromgarde Keep, Dabyrie's Farmstead was taken over by the Syndicate, who slithered down from the Alterac Mountains to drive off honest the Alliance farmers. In the end though, the Alliance drove the Syndicate back to Alterac,[1] returning the farm to the Dabyries.

At some point, Mathias Shaw's agents spotted the Syndicate agent Singer in the area, and adventurers were sent to eliminate her.[7]
