Darbel Montrose is a human rare mob found roaming with a minion in Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands.
Considering that the only known Shadow Council presence within Arathi is that of the Argus Wake, which is also in league with the Syndicate she fights alongside, it is reasonable to assume that Darbel is in fact one of its secretive agents. She can be found sitting on the fountain in front of the keep.
After the Alliance and Horde begin fighting over Stromgarde, Darbel can be found at the Dabyrie's Farmstead (when Alliance controls Stromgarde) or Go'Shek Farm (when Horde controls Stromgarde) when they are taken over by the Syndicate.
Abilities
Banish — Banishes an enemy, preventing all action but making it invulnerable for up to 5 sec. Only one target can be banished at a time.
Curse of Weakness — Reduces the Physical damage dealt by nearby enemies for 20 sec.
Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
Corruption — Corrupts nearby enemies, inflicting Shadow damage every 3 sec. for 15 sec.- Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.

- Before Cataclysm, she had the title: <Shadow Council Warlock>.
- The pet description for Voidwiggler says "Either Darbel Montrose was a terrible warlock, or she simply adored cute things. Perhaps both."
