The Sparkdealer Syndicate was a miniature force built up from a greedy goblin thief named Razilius Sparkdealer--hence the name. While quite small, Razilius still maintained that an individual of his status deserves to reign supreme over a powerful goblin faction. After he was driven out of Orgrimmar and the entire Horde itself due to revealing his diabolical plans to control the world's profits, Razilius gathered a sizable group of bandits together and established a small base with human pirates at Fray Island, where Razilius remained in hiding. While influencing political power in Orgrimmar, Razilius continued each day to conjure up a plan to become the most vicious cartel leader of Azeroth--even more cruel than Gallywix himself.

After many months of little success, and the ogre bodyguard Torq was killed, the cartel abruptly fell apart.
