Shurrai is a world boss located at Velhan's Claim in northern Hallowfall.

Adventure Journal

The sea floor hides horrors beyond our imagining. Hallowfall's proximity to the Undersea brings it near the reach of creatures of the deep, and the kobyss are only eager to take advantage. Their summons raise Shurrai, Atrocity of the Undersea, to wreak havoc on their hunting grounds. Shurrai is an amalgamation of the worst terrors and putrefying flesh of the abyssal depths, and the Arathi will need all the help they can get to stop it.

Abilities

Abyssal Strike — Shurrai slams his current target with a necromantically-infused anchor, inflicting 2,788,264 Plague damage and applying a heal absorb equal to the amount of unmitigated damage.
Briny Vomit — Shurrai vomits up brine, inflicting 522,799 Frost damage to players within 6 yards of each impact. The pools of brine persist, inflicting 174,266 Frost damage to players every 1.5 sec and slowing movement speed by 50%.
Dark Tide — Shurrai summons 3 waves that travel outwards, inflicting 1,394,132 Frost damage and knocking players away. These waves dissolve any pools of Briny Vomit that they pass through.
Regurgitate Souls — Shurrai regurgitates the souls of his past victims every 2 sec for 10 sec, inflicting 174,266 Plague damage to all players and ejecting a mass of captive souls that inflicts 697,066 Plague damage to players within 8 yards of the impact. Each impact summons 3 Drowned Arathi.
- Shroud of the Drowned — Shurrai enshrouds himself in necromantic energies, absorbing 6,970,660 damage for 1 min every 2 sec during Regurgitate Souls.

- Ocean's Reckoning — Upon death, the caster inflicts 174,266 Plague damage to players within 6 yards and an additional 87,133 Plague damage every 2 sec for 8 sec. This effect stacks. The released souls also lash back at their captor, inflicting 5,227,995 Plague damage to Shurrai.
