This guardian of the glades has been beset by the Nightmare's corruption. Where once he breathed life into the woods, his leaves a trail of decay and destruction in his wake.

Overview

While fighting Shar'thos, positioning is very important. Avoid standing behind or directly in front of Shar'thos, as it will leave you vulnerable to Nightmare Breath or Tail Lash.

• Stay spread to decrease chaining damage from Dread Flame.

Healers

• Stay spread to decrease chaining damage from Dread Flame.

Tanks

• Avoid moving Shar'thos erratically to avoid exposing allies to Nightmare Breath or Tail Lash.

Abilities

•  Nightmare Breath  — Shar'thos unleashes a blast of fire inflicting 1072500 to 1127500 Fire damage to all enemies in a cone in front of him. Anyone damaged by Shar'thos' breath burns for 100000 Fire damage every 3 sec. for 30 sec.
•  Tail Lash — Inflicts 292500 to 307500 Physical damage to players in a cone behind him, knocking them into the air.
•  Burning Earth — Shar'thos ignites the land, inflicting 300000 Fire damage every 3 sec. to anyone in the area.
•  Dread Flame — Shar'thos spits a glob of Dread Flame at an enemy that will bounce to 5 nearby enemies inflicting 390000 to 410000 Fire damage.
•  Cry of the Tormented — Fears all enemies within 60 yards for 5 sec.
