Adventure Guide

Flotsam emerged from the ocean depths to sate his hunger. The first to cross his path were the swamp murlocs of Shipwreck Cove, which Flotsam devoured by the dozens. Despite consuming most of their tribe, these creatures worshipped the giant as a god, and continued feeding him family and friends until the beast passed out. When he awakens, Flotsam will expand his menu to include everyone within the region.

Overview

As the fight progresses, Flotsam hurls Jetsam at random targets. Once the boss has full energy, he uses Getsam to damage all enemies and destroys any Jetsam on the field, inflicting additional damage to nearby targets. Flotsam also uses Yaksam to summon Regurgitated Marshstompers that will fixate random targets and continually spray Oozing Bile.

Damage Dealers

Avoid standing by Jetsam.
Do not stand in front of the boss during Yaksam.
Kill Regurgitated Marshstompers.

Healers

Avoid standing by Jetsam.
Do not stand in front of the boss during Yaksam.
Allies take massive damage from Getsam.

Tanks

Face Flotsam away from allies to avoid hitting them with Yaksam.
Move away from Flotsam during Breaksam.

Abilities

Jetsam — Hurls a piece of wreckage at a random enemy target, inflicting 237500 to 262500 Frost damage to nearby enemies.
Breaksam — Smashes the ground, inflicting 190000 to 210000 Physical damage to targets caught in the area of destruction and knocking them back.
Yaksam — A portion of Flotsam's lunch escapes his gullet, inflicting 71250 to 78750 Nature damage to all targets in a cone in front of the caster every 0.3 sec for 1.3 sec. The breath also summons undigested murlocs who begin attacking nearby enemies.
- Regurgitated Marshstomper — Spit up during the encounter and begin attacking random enemies.
  - Oozing Bile — Bile flings off of the partially digested murloc, inflicting 66500 to 73500 Nature damage to random destinations every 2 sec.
Getsam — Slams the ground, destroying all nearby jetsam and inflicting 902500 to 997500 Frost damage to enemies.
