Liskanoth is a proto-dragon world boss located in the Primalist Future of Thaldraszus.

Imbued with an immense icy power, Liskanoth oversees the land conquered by the Primalists. Liskanoth's very presence casts a chill down the spine of all who encounter her. If left to continue her conquest, Liskanoth will annihilate all who dare enter Thaldraszus.
Overview
Liskanoth harnesses her power to confine players with [Glacial Storm] and [Binding Ice]. Upon reaching 100 energy, Liskanoth ascends to the skies and sweeps the valley, unleashing a powerful [Deep Freeze] on players below.

Glacial Storm – Liskanoth creates an icy storm around her, sending chunks of ice into the ground, inflicting 66710 Frost damage to those within 5 yards of the impact and leaving behind a patch of frozen ground. Players standing within frozen ground are chilled, suffering 16678 Frost damage every 1.5 sec and movement speed is reduced by 50%
Deep Freeze – Upon reaching 100 energy, Liskanoth unleashes her icy power, spewing out frozen air below her. All players caught in her path take 83388 Frost damage. In addition, 18345 Frost damage is inflicted every 1.5 sec and they are stunned for 6 sec.
Binding Ice – Liskanoth hurls ice at her target, binding them to the ground and rooting them in place until the Binding Ice is defeated. While bound in ice, 13342 Frost damage is taken every 2 sec.
Chilling Breath – Liskanoth exhales out an icy cone, inflicting 66710 Frost damage and applying Biting Frost to all enemies caught in the cone.
- Biting Frost – Inflicts 16678 Frost damage every 1.5 sec and reduces movement speed by 50% for 10 sec.
