Mor'geth is a Maw caster world boss located in Helgarde Keep of Desmotaeron in the Maw. While the world boss is active, the world quest 
[60EEWQ] Mor'geth is active and calls for the maw caster's death.

Among the countless minions of the Jailer, few relish their twisted work as intently as the vile Mor'geth. Obsessed with breaking the will of any soul unfortunate enough to fall into his grasp, Mor'geth maintains an iron grip upon the battlefield, ensuring that any misstep will be his opponent's last.

- Stygian Fog — Standing in Stygian Fog obscures your vision and inflicts 4124 Shadow damage every 1 sec.
Bring Me an Iron Golem — The caster activates a Soul Cage, causing it to advance to the center of the arena. The Soul Cage continues its advance until is reduced to 1 hp remaining. Upon reaching 1 hp remaining it will release a Loose Soul and return to its home position.
Cries of Anguish — Cries of Anguish issue forth from the Soul Cages and any Loose Souls. Victims within 3 yards of their impact take 16497 Shadow damage and are knocked back. The impact leaves a zone of Anguish that will inflict 6186 Shadow damage every second.
Torment — The caster strikes the target for 41243 Physical damage and afflicts them with Torment. Torment increases the damage taken from further Torment attacks by 50% for 30 sec.
Damnation — At 100 energy, Mor'geth harnesses the power of the Maw into a cone of Shadowy energies and slowly turns in place. Enemies caught in the cone take 24746 Shadow damage and are knocked back.- Loose Soul – Loose Souls are released when a Soul Cage is reduced to 1 hp remaining.
- Unleashed Suffering — The Loose Soul unleashes its pent up suffering against all enemies, inflicting 4124 Shadow damage.
- Unbearable Sorrow — The Loose Soul charges forward in an effort to rid itself of its Unbearable Sorrow. Players caught in the path of the Loose Soul suffer 8249 Shadow damage and are knocked back.

Torturous Reach — While Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned's primary target is not in melee range it unleashes necrotic energy at them, inflicting 20622 Shadow damage and causes the victim to suffer an additional 6186 Shadow damage every 3 sec for 12 sec.
Strategy
Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned surrounds himself in Stygian Fog that obscures the vision of players outside the zone created by the Soul Chains linking the four Soul Cages around him. These Soul cages will march in toward Mor'geth, Torment of the Damned, causing the safe area to change in size.
Damaging Activated Soul Cages causes them to release a Loose Soul and return to their home position.

Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-07-13): Reduced the health of Mor'geth and his Soul Cages by 38%. Additionally, Soul Cages can no longer be Death Gripped. - Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Added.
