Doomwalker (Anniversary)

Doomwalker is a fel reaver world boss that patrols south of the Caverns of Time in Tanaris as part of WoW's Anniversary event.

Abilities

•  Crush Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 10% for 20 sec. Effect stacks up to 5 times.
•  Earthquake — Deals Physical damage every 2 sec.
•  Frenzy — Increases the caster's Physical damage by 100% for 10 min.
•  Lightning Wrath — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 10 targets, inflicting greater Nature damage to each successive target.
•  Overrun — The caster charges towards the target and slams the ground, inflicting 11 Physical damage to all players within 10 yards, knocking them back.

Loot

All of Doomwalker's loot scales to the character's level when acquired.

Notes

Though Doomwalker was added to the database with patch 9.0.1 in time for the 16th anniversary in 2020, it was not enabled in-game until the 17th anniversary the following year.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2024-10-28): Adjusted the damage, cooldowns, and range of Doomwalker's abilities to make the encounter significantly less deadly to players.
  
• Patch 11.0.5 (2024-10-22):
  • Moved to the south of the Caverns of Time (was immediately in front of the entrance).
  • Now has a chance to drop the  [Illidari Doomhawk] and the  [Grand Black War Mammoth].
  • The drop chance for the  [Azure Worldchiller] is no longer 100%.
    
• Patch 10.1.7 (2023-09-05): Now drops  [Azure Worldchiller] instead of  [Illidari Doomhawk].
  
• Hotfix (2021-11-16): Doomwalker now has a 100% chance to drop the Doomwalker Trophy Stand toy and the Illidari Doomhawk mount.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Added.
