Gaur is a summonable Garrison raid boss using 
[Runed Greatstone] that can be obtained during a successfully-repelled Goren invasion.
Abilities
Earthen Slam — Inflicts 33 Physical damage to the current target and 25 Physical damage to all players within 45 yds.
Runic Spike — The caster creates a rune under each enemy. After 3 sec. the rune errupts into a spine of earth that inflicts Physical damage to anyone in the area, knocking them back.
Summon Acidburst Goren — Summons Acidburst Goren which explode on contact.
