The Merciless Nether Drake is a nether drake mount that was awarded to the top 0.5% of arena teams per battlegroup at the end of Arena Season 2.
Having this mount also grants the 
[Merciless Nether Drake] feat of strength.
Mount Journal
The most aggressive nether drakes were awarded those heroes who showed significant prowess and commitment in the gladiatorial arena.
