The Life-Binder's Handmaiden is an extremely low drop chance from the Madness of Deathwing encounter in the Dragon Soul raid on Heroic mode. Prior to Mist of Pandaria, this mount was a guaranted drop.
It also has a chance to be listed on the Black Market Auction House by Mei Francis, for the opening bid of 20,000
.

Alexstrasza, the former dragon Aspect of Life, is known to be a kind and patient mentor. Under her tutelage, only the most dedicated pupils acquire the title of "Life-Binder's Handmaiden."
Patch changes
Patch 5.0.5 (2012-09-11): After the release of Mist of Pandaria on 25 September, this mount has been reduced to a very low drop chance.
