Envoy Icarius is a blood elf bloodthistle addict, and messenger for Illidan Stormrage, located near the bridge for Eclipse Point in Shadowmoon Valley. He was escorted by Blood Lord Zarath. When he noticed bloodthistle, he told his bodyguard that he had forgotten the message he was supposed to deliver and ordered him to return to the Black Temple and bring it to him. When Zarath pointed out that should any harm come to him it would be his (Zarath's) head, Icarius retorted that he could make it to Eclipse Point by himself and that if they failed to deliver the message it would be both of their heads.
With Zarath gone Icarius ran to collect the bloodthistle only to realize too late that it was a trap set up by the adventurer who quickly killed him.
