Kataru can be found in Zangarmarsh. He is the leader of the worst of all the traitor tribes of Lost Ones, the Umbrafen tribe. Ikeyen wants him slain for

Abilities
Chain Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, inflicting less Nature damage to each successive target.
Earth Shield — Protects the target with an earthen shield, causing melee attacks to heal the shielded target. This effect can only occur once every few seconds. 10 charges. Lasts 2 min.
Superior Healing Ward — Summons a ward that lasts 30 sec. and periodically heals allies in an area around it.
