Blood Lord Zarath is the bodyguard of Envoy Icarius and is met near the bridge for Eclipse Point in Shadowmoon Valley. After Icarius notices the 
[Bloodthistle] bundle he tells Zarath that he forgot the message he was supposed to deliver and tells him to go back to Black Temple to collect it. Unaware that Icarius is a bloodthistle addict, Lord Zarath tells him that it would be his head if any harm would come to Icarius. Icarius however points out it would be both of their heads if the message was not delivered. As Zarath heads off to the Black Temple, Icarius is killed by adventurers.

His melee attack hits for about 9,500 damage without armor mitigation.
