The Reins of the Spectral Tiger teach you how to summon a Spectral Tiger mount. This item is obtained by giving Landro Longshot a code found on the Spectral Tiger loot card from the Fires of Outland TCG set. When a Spectral Tiger code is redeemed, both the Reins of the Spectral Tiger and the 
[Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger] will appear in your inventory.
The Spectral Tiger loot card can be found in about 1/484 Fires of Outland booster packs. It's also present in the Archives and Reign of Fire sets.

In true goblin fashion, Landro Longshot has put a stranglehold on the distribution of these mysterious incorporeal mounts.

- Codes will now grant both the Spectral Tiger and the Swift Spectral Tiger when redeemed; previously, the code unlocked access to purchase them from Landro Longshot for 10
and 100 respectively. - Newly-acquired tigers will be Bind on Use rather than Bind on Pickup.
