The Reins of the Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher are a reward from the Dungeons & Raids achievement  Glory of the Icecrown Raider (10 player).

Mount Journal

Bloodbathed Vanquishers are so named when it is determined that a reanimated frost wyrm died a particularly gruesome and bloody death.

Notes

Unlike the previous "Glory" flying mounts, the Icebound Frostbrood Vanquisher and the Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher are both frost wyrms.
