- Holy Power is now used only by Retribution and can use 5 Holy Power from the start.

[Absolution] added.
[Ardent Defender] duration has been reduced to 8 seconds (down from 10 seconds) and heals for 12% of maximum health on fatal blows (down from 15%).
[Aura Mastery] re-added and redesigned.
[Avenger's Shield] no longer silences player targets. Damage increased by 159%.
[Avenging Wrath] is now available to all specializations and can no longer be dispelled. Healing bonus for Holy reduced from 100% to 35%, and no longer increases haste or damage. Damage and healing bonus for Retribution and Protection increased from 20% to 35%.
[Beacon of Light]: healing on Beacon reduced to 40% (down from 50%), mana restore reduced to 20% (down from 30%).
[Blessing of Kings] have been replaced by
[Greater Blessing of Kings].
[Blessing of Might] have been replaced by
[Greater Blessing of Might].
[Cleanse] now also removes all Magic effects, but is only available to Holy; Protection and Retribution get
[Cleanse Toxins] instead.
[Cleanse Toxins] added.
[Consecration] is now available to all specializations. Mana cost has been removed.
[Divine Protection] is no longer available to Retribution. Now reduces all damage taken by 20%, instead of 40% of magic damage.
[Divine Shield] no longer has a damage penalty.
[Divine Steed] added.
[Flash of Light] now heals for 41.67% more.
[Grand Crusader] now also procs from
[Hammer of the Righteous], and proc chance reduced to 15% (down from 30%). No longer generates Holy Power.
[Greater Blessing of Wisdom] re-added.
[Guarded by the Light] no longer affects
[Word of Glory]. Now increases Stamina by 30% (up from 15%), block chance by 50% (up from 5%), and grants 6% of maximum mana every 5 sec (down from 15%).
[Hammer of the Righteous] no longer hits multiple enemies but deals 200% more damage to the primary target. Mana cost removed and no longer classified as a Holy spell.
[Hand of Freedom] have been replaced by
[Blessing of Freedom].
[Hand of Hindrance] added.
[Hand of Protection] have been replaced by
[Blessing of Protection].
[Hand of Sacrifice] have been replaced by
[Blessing of Sacrifice].
[Hand of Salvation] have been replaced by
[Blessing of Salvation].
[Holy Light] now heals for 41.67% more.
[Holy Shock]'s cooldown has been increased from 6 seconds to 9 seconds. Damage increased by 66.7%, healing increased by 185.7%.
[Infusion of Light] no longer increases haste by 10%.
[Judgment] has been redesigned.
[Light of the Martyr] added.
[Light of the Protector] added.
[Light of Dawn] now affects 5 targets, down from 6, and cost mana instead of Holy Power. Healing increased by 140%.
[Mastery: Divine Bulwark] no longer includes the Bastion of Glory effect and is now learned at level 78.
[Mastery: Divine Judgment] added.
[Mastery: Lightbringer] added.

[Holy Avenger] has been redesigned and is available only to Holy paladins. Increases haste by 30% and Holy Shock healing by 30% for 20 sec.
[Holy Prism] has been redesigned and is available only to Holy paladins.
[Holy Shield] has been changed from an active level 100 talent to passive level 15 talent. Block chance improvement reduced from 15% to 10%.
[Judgment of Light] added.
[Justicar's Vengeance] added.
[Knight Templar] added.
[Last Defender] added.
[Light's Hammer] is now available only to Holy paladins. No longer reduces movement speed of enemies.
[Repentance] now deals damage over time.
[Retribution Aura] re-added.
[Righteous Protector] added.
[Rule of Law] added.
[Sanctified Wrath] has been redesigned and is available only to Holy paladins.
[Avenging Wrath] lasts 50% longer and also reduces
[Holy Shock]'s cooldown by 50% for its duration.

[Shield of the Righteous].
