Final Verdict is a level 15 Retribution paladin talent.
Patch changes
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Replaced with [Righteous Verdict]. 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned as a level 15 passive ability (was level 100). Increases the damage done by Templar's Verdict by 20%, and the damage done by Divine Storm by 10%.
- Previous: Empowers your weapon with holy energy, and performs a devastating strike, dealing 240% Holy damage. Also increases the damage of your next Divine Storm by 100%, and increases its radius by 50%.
- Previous: Empowers your weapon with holy energy, and performs a devastating strike, dealing 240% Holy damage. Also increases the damage of your next Divine Storm by 100%, and increases its radius by 50%.
Hotfix (2015-11-18): Final Verdict (Retribution) damage has been increased by 8% to match a class tuning change to Templar's Verdict in Patch 6.2.3. - Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now increases the radius of the next Divine Storm by 50% (down from 100%).
- Hotfix (2014-10-17): Final Verdict's damage has been increased by 20%.
