Patch changes

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
Hotfix (2015-07-14): Hand of Purity's Purity effect should no longer incorrectly cancel if the target is struck by melee attacks.
Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now reduces damage taken by 15% (up from 10%).
Hotfix (2014-12-15): Hand of Purity should no longer incorrectly affect damage over time abilities that are immune from this damage reduction effect.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now reduces damage taken from harmful periodic effects by 80% (up from 70%) and reduces damage taken from harmful periodic effects that cannot be prevented by immunities by 40% (up from 0%).
Hotfix (2013-03-19): Hand of Purity no longer reduces the damage dealt by effects that ignore immunities.
Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Now reduces all incoming damage by 10% in addition to its other effects.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
