Crusade Row 5 Retribution paladin talent Replaces [Avenging Wrath] 2 min cooldown Instant Call upon the Light and begin a crusade, increasing your haste by 3% for 27 sec. Each Holy Power spent during Crusade increases haste and damage by an additional 3%. Maximum 10 stacks. Hammer of Wrath may be cast on any target.

It is an exclusive choice node with [Avenging Wrath].

Patch changes

• Patch 11.0.5 (2024-10-22): Now a choice node with [Avenging Wrath] (was [Avenging Wrath: Might]). No longer requires Avenging Wrath for [Hammer of Wrath] to be castable on any target.
  
• Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Moved to row 5 (was row 7).
  
• Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Fixed a tooltip issue with Crusade when applied by [Instrument of Retribution].
  
• Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Duration increased to 35 seconds (was 25 seconds). Moved to row 7 (was row 6).
  
• Hotfix (2023-01-03): Fixed an issue where Crusade incorrectly increased damage dealt without having the corresponding Avenging Wrath talent.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 6 Retribution talent (was a level 50 Retribution talent).
  
• Patch 9.2.5a (2022-08-02): Effectiveness reduced by 25% while in PvP combat.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 50 (was 100). No longer has a global cooldown.
  
• Hotfix (2017-01-23): Now increases damage and Haste by 3% per stack (was 3.5%).
