Aura Mastery is a Holy paladin talent that greatly increases the effects of the paladin's auras when used.
Effects
Aura Mastery has the following effects on all players within each aura while it is active:
- [Concentration Aura]: Affected allies become immune to silence and interrupt effects.
- [Crusader Aura]: Mount speed bonus increased to 60%.
- [Devotion Aura]: Damage reduction increased to 12%.
- [Retribution Aura]: Increases healing by 15% while active.
Improvements
Shared Choice Node:
- [Protection of Tyr] - Aura Mastery also increases all healing received by all party or raid members within 40 yards by 10%.
- [Unwavering Spirit] - Reduces the cooldown by 30 seconds.
PvP Talents:
- [Divine Vision] (PvP talent) - Reduces the cooldown by 60 seconds.
Patch changes
- Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now increases the effectiveness of Devotion Aura to 12% (was 15%).
- Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Moved to row 3 (was row 4).
- Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Now reduces the damage allies in your aura take by 30% in PvP combat (was 15%).
- Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Aura Mastery's Retribution Aura interaction has been redesigned – Now increases healing by 15% while Retribution Aura's effect is active.
- Old: Duration increased by 50%.

- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 Holy talent (was a level 39 Holy ability).
- Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Now affects Concentration Aura: Immune to Interrupt and Silence effects.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): No longer increases the radius of auras while active. Now learned at level 39 (was 70) and affects the following auras:
- [Devotion Aura]: Reduced damage taken increased from 3% to 15%.
- [Crusader Aura]: Mounted speed increased from 20% to 60%.
- [Retribution Aura]: Duration increased by 50%.
- Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Duration increased to 8 seconds (up from 6 seconds).
- Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): now learned at level 70 (was 65).
- Hotfix (2016-08-26): Aura Mastery (Aura of Sacrifice) replicates 15% of effective healing (was 10%).
- Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Re-added and redesigned as level 65 ability for Holy (was a tier 5 Holy talent). Empowers your chosen aura and increases its radius to 40 yards for 6 sec.
- Devotion Aura: no longer split over the number of allies in the aura.
- [Aura of Sacrifice]: causes 10% of all effective healing you deal to be replicated on all allies in the aura.
- [Aura of Mercy]: has no target limit and healing increased by 100%.
- Previous talent: Causes your [Concentration Aura] to make all affected targets immune to Silence and Interrupt effects and improve the effect of Devotion Aura, [Resistance Aura], and [Retribution Aura] by 100%. Lasts 6 sec.
- Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
- Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): This ability no longer increases the benefit granted by Crusader Aura.
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved from tier 3 to tier 5.
- Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): This effect of this talent has been reduced in duration to 6 seconds (down from 10 seconds). The animation for this ability will no longer be extra bright when used with Concentration Aura active.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Redesigned into an active talent. Now grants anyone affected by Concentration Aura immunity from Interrupt and Silence mechanics, and increases the effectiveness of all other auras by 100%. Lasts 10 seconds. 2-minute cooldown.
- Previous passive talent: Increases the radius of your Auras to 40 yards.
- Previous passive talent: Increases the radius of your Auras to 40 yards.
