Noble Flying Carpet.

Noble Flying Carpet is a flying carpet mount that can be contained in the  [Loot-Filled Basket], the daily quest reward from  [1-70 Daily] Feathered Fiend for level 60 and higher characters started from the  [Noblegarden Trinket] dropped by Daetan Swiftplume in Elwynn Forest and Durotar. Characters from levels 1-59 will instead receive the  [Loot-Stuffed Basket], which will not contain the mount.

Mages celebrating Noblegarden turned their ordinary festive decor into floating spectacles, only to have them stolen by an angry druid.

Drop rate increase

On 2 April, Blizzard silently added a once-daily-per-account tracking quest that increased the drop rate of the mount. A day later, they made a forum post confirming the change:

Hello Noble adventurers! We appreciate your feedback on all of the new Noblegarden activities.

We have recently released a hotfix that increases the drop rate of the Noble Flying Carpet mount and we also added a bonus to the mount drop chance on the first defeat of Daetan Swiftplume on the account each day.
