Lucky Riding Turtle is a turtle only available in the Asia regions. It is under a promotion called "The great teacher of Azeroth school".[1]
Source
This mount can be obtained by a new player who was recruited by another player who registered as a "teacher". Newly recruited players are given the 
[Lucky Box of Greatness] which contains this mount and other items.
Notes
- Despite being a different item, this item teaches the
[Riding Turtle], a TCG mount.
