Ivory Trader's Ottukcan be purchased from Tattukiaka in Iskaara in exchange for three rings that drop in the three different dungeons:

•  [Thunderous Downburst Ring] from The Raging Tempest in the Nokhud Offensive
•  [Unstable Arcane Loop] from Leymor in the Azure Vault
•  [Platinum Star Band] from Vexamus in Algeth'ar Academy

The rings can be from any difficulty of the dungeons, and they do not have to be from the same difficulty.

Mount Journal

No adult knows why some ottuks are white, but any tuskarr child can tell you: it's because they eat too much snow.
