Thrymjaris is a female storm dragon located at Thorim's Peak in Stormheim. She is the broodmother of the Thorignir, the brood of the storm dragons allied with Odyn.
Background
Legion
Thrymjaris is first seen during 
[10-45] Heart of a Dragon where her son Vethir tasks adventurers to save her from being corrupted by the eredar Azariah. After Vethir takes the hero up to Thorim's Peak, Thrymjaris gives them her blessing of thunder, claiming that they have passed the Trial of Will and are one step closer to obtaining the 
[Aegis of Aggramar].[1] She then enlisted their aid with striking against the allies God-King Skovald.[2]
During the Rogue class order campaign, the Shadowblade meets with Thrymjaris to request an audience with the current Windlord of Skywall to gain greater power. The broodmother agrees and the hero receives Thunderaan's blessing, empowering The Dreadblades.[3]
Dragonflight
Thrymjaris and the Thorignir felt the call to the Dragon Isles, however Odyn ordered they not answer. Though desiring to go to the isles, Thrymjaris felt honor bound to follow Odyn's command and explained this to Wrathion and Vyranoth, when they arrived to recruit the Thorignir to help defend Amirdrassil. Outraged by Odyn's audacity and belief that he could keep dragons from their birthright, Vyranoth set off to confront him.[4] Vyranoth ultimately froze Odyn and called upon the Thorignir to make their own decisions.[5] In the aftermath, Thrymjaris and the Thorignir made their way to the Dragon Isles and entered the Emerald Dream to help defend Amirdrassil.
