Vethir is a storm drake located in Stormheim. He fights the player in  [10-45] Signal Boost before flying off, and later reveals himself to be the de facto leader of the Thorignir.

During the Legion Assaults, he and an adventurer attacked Shield's Rest, which had been overrun by the Burning Legion. He was injured during the assault.

Abilities

• Crackling Tempest - Creates a storm of lightning that inflicts Nature damage every 1 sec for 10 sec
• Lightning Breath - Inflicts Nature damage to all enemies in a cone 12 yds. in front of the caster.
• Static Maelstrom - Bolts of lightning arc off of the caster inflicting Nature damage every 0.6 sec. for 3 sec.
• Thunder's Bite - Hurls a ball of lightning which explodes on impact, damaging nearby enemies.
• Unleash Storm's Fury - A point blank attack that blasts nearby enemies with charged lightning.
• Charging Up - Your Wrathful Strikes are building up a large amount of charged energy.
• Fully Charged - Skougul is prepared to unleash the Fury of the Storm, generating a powerful tornado!
• Fury of the Heavens - Calls down a tornado that inflicts massive Nature damage to all enemies within 0 yards of the target.
• Wrathful Strike - Hurls a blast of lightning which explodes on impact, damaging nearby enemies.
