Moonspray
The Moonspray is a night elven transport vessel that serves as part of the kaldorei fleet in Kalimdor.
History
World of Warcraft
The Moonspray ran between Rut'theran Village, at the foot of Teldrassil, and the port of Auberdine in Darkshore.
Cataclysm
With the destruction of Auberdine, the Moonspray no longer traveled between Darkshore and Rut'theran. It may have been the unnamed ship permanently docked at Rut'theran.
Battle for Azeroth
During the Fourth War, the Moonspray was called into service once more. The ship transported Maiev Shadowsong, Shandris Feathermoon, and Sira Moonwarden from Stormwind City to Zoram Strand in Ashenvale as they followed the tracks of High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind heading to Darkshore.[1] The vessel remained under the command of its original crew, and was used during the Battle for Darkshore proper to land the first Alliance troops to assault the Ruins of Auberdine.
Dragonflight
After the harbor of Belanaar was established at Amirdrassil, the Moonspray's crew can be found there. Based on the crew's presence, the Moonspray may be the unnamed ship at Belanaar's dock.

Trivia
- Originally, the boat between Teldrassil and Auberdine was of human design, but in patch 2.3.0 it was changed to a night elven vessel (like the boat between Auberdine and Valaar's Berth in Azuremyst Isle) and had a crew placed aboard.
- In Burning Crusade Classic, the ship is night elven but the crew isn't present, likely because in retail, boat crews were removed not long after patch 2.3 and didn't return until Wrath of the Lich King.
- When the Alliance controls Darkshore, the Moonspray is present in Auberdine Coast twice, located near each other.

- Hotfix (2007-12-06): The vendors on the Boats and Zeppelins throughout Azeroth have run out stock and shut up shop, they are no longer able to service you with their wares.
- Later posts noted that this was done because of propulsion issues.[2]
