Mariner Swiftstar is a member of the crew of the Moonspray, the boat that ran between Auberdine and Rut'theran Village. She's always on alert for dangers.

Though the Moonspray stopped sailing after the Cataclysm, Swiftstar returned when the ship carried Maiev Shadowsong and her army to Ashenvale to begin the campaign to retake Darkshore. Afterward, she was present on the ship that brought Alliance adventurers to the Battle for Darkshore, landing near the Ruins of Auberdine.

This section concerns content related to Dragonflight.

Years later, Swiftstar relocated to Belanaar in Amirdrassil, and is seen patrolling the area.

• Can be killed, but respawns almost instantly giving no XP or loot.
• Will not attack unless attacked first.
• Does not help her allies when they are attacked, so it's hard to believe they would help players if they are attacked (as they were intended to do).
