Overview
Tak-Rethan Abyss has three story variants: Goblin Mischief, Niffen Napping and Pheromone Fury.
Goblin Mischief
Investigate the Goblin presence within Tak-Rethan Abyss.
Stage 1
Objective:
- Goblin corpse investigated
- Brann Bronzebeard says: Looks like that goblin got swallowed up and spit right back out...
Partially-Chewed Goblin
<There's an instruction manual on the dead goblin. The other hand holds a hastily scribbled note.>
"Whoever finds this, you gotta make them fishies pay! We came here in a special mech to take these freaks out. We got overwhelmed, but the mech should still work if you can recover the repair kits we all had.
"Do what we couldn't and blow up them flounders!"
(Quest) Take the instruction manual and find the repair kits.
Stage 2
Objective:
- Reapir kits found (6)
- Brann Bronzebeard says: This goblin mech sound intriguing. Might just be the thing we need to take out the kobyss!
Upon collecting one of the kits:
- Brann Bronzebeard says: Something's off with these kits. Doesn't look like anything Gazlowe would sanction...
Stage 3
Objective:
- Kobyss Killer mech repaired
- Brann Bronzebeard says: That's all the repair kits we need. Let's find this mech.
Stage 4
Objective:
- Kobyss Killer mech boarded
- Brann Bronzebeard says: It's working! I'll watch you pilot the mech from a safe distance. Maybe behind a rock or two.
Stage 5
Objective:
- Kobyss Horde defeated
Upon defeating the kobyss horde, an Undersea Abomination appears and snatches the mech.
Stage 6
Objective:
- Undersea Abomination defeated
- Brann Bronzebeard says: Goblin mechs, kobyss, undead monstrosities... I think I'm done for the day.
Stage 7
Objective:
- Treasure found
- Exit Delve with Leave-O-Bot after collecting rewards (optional)
