Wormlands
The Wormlands is a large cavern located west of the Weaver's Lair in northwestern Azj-Kahet. The area is inhabited by cave borers that can sense movement above them. This is represented by the 
[Tremorsense] bar, which fills up when moving on soft ground and depletes when standing still or walking on rocks. When the bar is nearly full, a Razormouth Devourer will attack.
Greenspeaker Na'layro, who stands just outside the Wormlands entrance tunnel, tasked adventurers with culling some of the worms. He was concerned about the damage so many of them could do to the great roots that grow down into Azj-Kahet, but was forbidden by oath from raising a hand to interfere.[1] He also suspected a nerubian wormcaller may be calling the cave borers to the area, since they aren't social creatures and don't normally gather in large numbers.[2]
A valuable ore known as sivstone can be found here. Skedgit Cinderbangs came to the Wormlands on a hunch that the worms, good as they are at rooting out rich minerals, had uncovered a vein of it.[3] However, she found herself in over her head and nearly eaten by worms.[4]
