Sunreaver Dragonhawk is sold by the Argent Tournament vendor 
Vasarin Redmorn <Sunreaver Quartermaster> in Icecrown for 150 
. It is only available to players who are exalted with the Sunreavers.

The Sunreavers of Dalaran select only the swiftest and most formidable of dragonhawks as their mounts.
Notes
As only Horde players can become exalted with the Sunreavers, this is correspondingly a Horde-only mount. The Alliance equivalent is the 
[Silver Covenant Hippogryph] mount.
