Son of Galleon's Saddle drops from Salyis's Warband in Valley of the Four Winds.
It can also be listed on the Black Market Auction House by Mei Francis, for the opening bid of 20,000. It is also sold by Hemet Nesingwary XVII for 38,500 
at the Infinite Bazaar locations during Pandaria Remix.
